During our first scrapbooking class we will be creating these four colourful layouts. The layouts are all quite different from one another and can be used for a variety of occasions even though the are all created from one range of paper and embellishments. We will be using the Kaisercraft range called Chase Rainbows. As the name suggests the papers are full of colour and have been combined with a little spraying, stamping, stencilling, inking and die cutting to create these layouts.
The range suits a variety of photos, all are your basic landscape 6 x 4" photo and printed with a white border. The photos I have used have a splash of colour from that matches one or more of the elements in the layout. The first layout has some orange tones, the second green, blue and red, the third green, blue and pink the and fourth has lots of different colours. This may help with your photo selection, however, if in doubt you can always go black and white.
The class kit will contain a pack of 12 Kaisercraft papers and sticker sheet fom the Chase Rainbows range, a pack of collectables, extra cardstock, doilieys, flowers, fibre, pack of pearls, adhesive rhinestones and sequins. You will be provided with paint, sprays, stencils, and stamps to use in the class.
There will be plenty of paper and collectables left over for you to create more pages with.
You will be required to bring your trimmer, ruler, pencil, adhesives ( tape, glue and foam mount) and ink pads ( black, grey, green, blue, pink, orange and red). Don't stress if you dont have all of these colours as there will some to share.
The cost of the class is $44.
The class will be held on Thursday 9th February, 7-10pm and repeated on Saturday 18th February 1-4:30pm. Bookings are essential as there are limited numbers of both places and kits. Classes will be limited to 10.
