Last weeks launch saw the return of many lovely familiar faces and we had a terrific time during our scrap booking class.
This week heralds the first card class for 2017. We will be using printed acetate to make these five lovely cards. This goes beyond the usual use of acetate for a window or shaker card, it utilizes the lovely designs which have already been created and printed onto the acetate. Two of the cards are designed to give to a male, one is much more feminine and the final two could be used for a female or perhaps as sympathy cards.
You will be required to bring your trimmer (including an old blade for cutting the acetate so that you dont blunt your current blade- if you have an old one lying around), ruler, pencil, adhesives (tape, glue and foam mount), two favourite border punches, scoring tools, alcohol- based pens/markers -if you have any, and ink pads ( black, green, blue, and red). Don't stress if you dont have all of these colours as there will some to share as well as alcohol- based markers to share.
The cost of the class is $33. The kit with full colour instructions is also available for $33.
The class will be held on Wednesday 15th February, 11am-3pm Bookings are essential as there are limited numbers of both places and kits. Class will be limited to 8.
